"Very sorry for the inconvenience, but we have been extremely extremely busy for past couple of months, on top of that, I felt sick and couldn't even check/reply emails (I am the only person who answers the phone calls and emails). I am trying my level best to catch up the old emails and reply all the new ones in a timely manner." Nobody gives a sh*t. Customers want good communication, good products, good prices, and quick shipping in exchange for their hard-earned cash. Everything else is none of their business.
